Wager Labs is the brand used for this website. Questions about this policy or the handling of your information can be sent to our partnerships email.

02. Information collected

When you submit a partnership enquiry, the form requires your name and business email. You may also provide your company name, WhatsApp or phone number, casino website, target markets, launch timing, selected monthly growth budget and information about your growth priorities.

If you choose to provide a phone or WhatsApp number, we may use it to contact you about your enquiry. Providing a number does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Please avoid including passwords, financial account details, player databases or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.

Hosting and security services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the website.

03. How information is used

• To review your enquiry, assess the proposed partnership and respond to you.
• To communicate about the services or next steps you have requested.
• To deliver the website, prevent abuse and investigate technical problems.
• To meet applicable legal obligations or handle legal claims.

Where the GDPR applies, handling business enquiries and protecting the website generally relies on legitimate interests in responding to potential partners and maintaining a secure service. Steps towards a contract may rely on contractual necessity where the individual requesting those steps would be a party to that contract. Legal obligations are relied on where an applicable law requires processing.

We use the business email address you provide to send an automatic acknowledgement of your enquiry through FormSubmit. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. The website does not make decisions about your enquiry solely through automated processing. References to AI-assisted campaign optimization describe our marketing services; the enquiry form itself sends your information for human review.

04. Service providers

Information is shared with providers involved in running the website and handling enquiries:

• Kinsta and its Cloudflare integration: website hosting, content delivery and security.
• FormSubmit: processing form submissions and forwarding them to partners@wagerlabs.com.
• Google reCAPTCHA: the spam check used by FormSubmit, when presented.
• Email service providers: delivery and storage of enquiry correspondence.

Provider processing is also described in Kinsta’s privacy policy, FormSubmit’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. You can contact us for information about the providers involved and any applicable international-transfer safeguards.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address a legal claim. The enquiry form has no advertising audience or mailing-list integration.

05. Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed to respond to the enquiry, manage follow-up discussions or an ongoing relationship, or meet applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations. Once those purposes no longer apply, information should be deleted or anonymised, subject to any necessary legal hold and backup retention.

FormSubmit’s published documentation states that it retains form submissions for 30 days for archive and recovery purposes. Copies delivered to our email inbox are separate from that provider archive.

06. Cookies & security

The website’s page code does not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers. Hosting, anti-bot and form-provider services may use cookies or similar technology to provide security and prevent spam. Google reCAPTCHA, when displayed by FormSubmit, is subject to Google’s own data practices.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking security technology may affect your ability to use the form. You can instead contact partners@wagerlabs.com directly.

The website and form submission endpoint use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. HTTPS does not remove all risks associated with email, devices or third-party services. If trackers or other services are added, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before they are used.

07. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies and the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct it, request erasure, restrict processing, receive a portable copy or object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To make a request, email partners@wagerlabs.com and explain what you would like us to do. Proportionate verification may be needed to protect your information. Where the GDPR applies, requests are generally answered within one month; permitted extensions will be explained.

You may also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).

08. Policy updates

This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or responsible operator changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Please contact partners@wagerlabs.com with any privacy questions.
